Easter Break Times

We’re happy to let you know that The Pilates Way classes will continue as usual throughout the Easter break, with no changes to the regular schedule. This means you can keep up with your practice without missing a beat!If you plan to be away during this time, we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know in advance. You can do this via text, email, or by speaking to us directly in the studio. This helps us keep our classes running smoothly and ensures we can accommodate everyone.

*All new clients are required to attend a Beginner Mat class prior to attending open classes, unless they are an existing client or have suitable previous experience in Pilates. Alternatively new clients may attend a 30-minute private introductory session (please contact the studio for more information or to check eligibility).

PLEASE NOTE 

*Cancellations: sessions & classes can be cancelled at any time however due to limited class numbers and availability a minimum of 24-hours is requested, or full fees may be payable. 

** *Duet Participants will need to secure the own partners for these sessions, where only 1 is available, sessions will be charged at Private Session rates

*** Participants are asked to bring a fresh pair of socks for class

**** A 12-month expiry applies to all paid sessions and packages.

Home Program Pilates Package

THE HOME PROGRAM PACKAGE *​

For those who want a tailored home Pilates mat/reformer program to practice at home or elsewhere, prescribed to individual needs.

Initial consultation (60-75minutes)  + 2 x private sessions (60mins each)          $260                                                                                       

Sessions take place at the Pilates Way studio in Woolner, please see Studio times above for Home Program session availability.

Onsite Pilates

Pilates training sessions and classes are available for private small group sessions and larger group classes. For more information on Pilates in your workplace see Onsite Pilates. Bookings are essential.

Onsite Pilates Availability

Onsite Pilates sessions/classes are during work hours and can be booked at a time to suit you and your team, depending on availability of instructor.

 

Onsite Pilates Fees  

Costs for onsite session vary depending on the number of participants and context. Please the Pilates Way for a quote.

Private Health Insurance Rebates

​

Private Health Cover rebates for Pilates instruction was removed in Australia in April 2019.  Unfortunately no rebates are available for Pilates sessions.

​​

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

​

Clients on the NDIS program are welcome. Please speak with your case manager and professional health provider about including Pilates as part of your program.

 

Gift Vouchers​

Contact the Pilates Way today to purchase a gift voucher! Vouchers can be emailed directly to you, or the recipient with any special messages you wish to include. All vouchers are valid for 12-months.

Cancellation & Expiry Periods​

 

The Pilates Way understands that life does not always go as planned and we do our best to accommodate clients when the unexpected arises. However, given the limited number of people and availability of sessions we ask you to respect the following policies on cancellations and expiry of pre-paid sessions.

* Cancellations: Clients are welcome to cancel their sessions however due to the limited numbers and availability The Pilates Way maintains a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy - Cancellations at short notice may affect availability for other clients, and teacher schedules. Please be advised that fee's may apply for cancellations made less than 24-hour before an appointment. Cancellation can be made via phone (including text), email or via the website contact form.
